Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Certain types of items, such as personal care products or intimate products, cannot be returned. Check the product description for specific return exclusions.

Backprocess

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@mastergolfcart.com. Please include your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions on how to return your item. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
Please ensure the package is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is a result of our error (e.g. damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if items are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@mastergolfcart.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
